Clinical Focus

My clinical approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) with existential and narrative themes to help support meaningful, lasting change. I help clients identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns, build emotional regulation, and improve distress tolerance. I like to focus on client strengths in order to pursue achievable and manageable goals. Together, we’ll explore deeper questions around identity, purpose, and values. I use a balanced approach to help support both symptom relief and long-term personal growth. I work collaboratively, tailoring treatment to each individual’s needs while fostering insight, resilience, and a greater sense of direction in life.

I have a deep sense of duty, resilience, and commitment to service. My experiences shaped my values, strengthened my discipline, and continue to guide how I show up for others and my community every day.

Reading lets me explore new ideas, perspectives, and worlds beyond my own. Whether it’s fiction or nonfiction, I value the quiet moments, the learning, and the way a good book can shift how I see things.

Reader

Running clears my mind. Whether it’s a quiet solo jog or pushing for a new personal best, every mile builds resilience, focus, and a sense of freedom I carry into everyday life.
